The 1:87 Scale Queensland Whistle Boards depict the style of Whistle Board used on the Queensland system for decades, and will give your layout the "Queensland look".

Our Queensland Whistle Boards are made from etch brass sheet and require individual assembly and painting by the modeller. A decal sheet provides the black letter "W". Assembly and installation instructions are included which provide guidelines for the correct installation of these 1:87 scale Whistle Boards in keeping with the prototype railway practice.

Most Whistle Boards are mounted on a round steel post, but some have been noted fixed to the back of used rails. If you choose to mount your model Whistle Boards to a round post, we recommend that 0.5mm or 0.8mm brass rod be used.

Queensland Whistle Board Pack No.1 is available in a 4 Pack, or a 12 Pack. Both packs are supplied with 0.8mm brass rod posts

The Whistle Board packs are companion products to our Queensland Level Crossing Signs from the Queensland Trackside Accessory Range. When combined, the Level Crossings Signs and Whistle Boards provide the correct signage for Queensland level crossings.
